They say that your feet have nerves connected to every part of your body. As long as someone's feet are, you know, clean I have no problem with it. But it has been a while since I've sucked any ones toes...

I remember reading somewhere that supposedly in the brain, the genitals and feet "areas" are near each other...Perhaps there is some crosswiring in the neurons between the two areas are associations are made and switched between them...

I'm the yang to Angie's yin.....
..
I've had girlfriends get very aroused from a simple foot massage (with oil or cream), so I know it's (correct spelling I checked) a hot spot. Slipping your fingers between her toes has almost always gotten a (positive) reaction. As for the using my mouth... I've done it in the right mood and circumstance (after bath/shower), what can I say sometimes I get carried away by the moment...
