I suggest you hold off on contacting him again for a while. It seems likely he is involved with someone else and that possibly he's on the fence about her (which is why he's not ending things off with you 100%). If you can start meeting other people, that would be terrific. I wouldn't waste too much more of your time on this guy. If he comes around and you're still interested, great. But in the meantime, keep your options open!..
