Here's that question

Women & women tend to cheat for 3 reasons: ..
..
1. They feel under appreciated with their partner and they've found someone who makes them feel good about themselves...
2. They think the person they are with is going to dump them so they get ready to abandon ship ahead of time...
3. They are miserable in their relationship but don't know how to leave. They subconsciously hope to get caught...

I'm sure there are more reasons - but I think these are the most common...

I won't go into motives, but from what I've seen, guys tend to be more, "This feels good right now and I'll deal with the consequences later," while females tend to have it a bit more thought out as to their reasons why...

Yes kinda lol ... I think people generally cheat cuz they're unhappy, with themselves, with their partner or a little of both...They've got a "void" to fill so to speak.....

Now those "voids" are what seem to differ greatly between the genders but I guess that a whole other question isn't it lol...

I think there is a huge deferrentiation between married folks who cheat and dating 19 yr olds who cheat...

I'll address the men's side since we are the minority on Baffld. Most of they guys I've known, have cheated or cheat, and let's be clear by cheating I mean having sex with someone other than your wife (without her consent), simple flirting to me is not a big deal. The excuses vary greatly but essentially it boils down to not enough attention being paid (neglect), sometimes I can see it's justified , others it may be less visible, but they feel it nonetheless...
