i am great friends with this girl and she knows that i like her, i think that are relationship is the closest thing to dating withud dating, she tells me everything and i tell her everything, i want to make our friendship into a relationship but i dont want to jepordize our friendship, what should i do ?..

In my experience change of relationship status from friends to couple works if you are not friends for long. If you have a history as friends it won't work because she won't be able to tell you everything anymore and it will feel awkward. Best thing to do it to flirt with her girl friend and if she shows some jealousy that you can try. Be open about it and what happens happens... Main thing to remember is that these are only advices but decision must be yours and you are the one to benefit or pay for it. Best of luck.....
