Question
Big Crush > from heyitsariane (20-somethingfemale)2 answers
Over a year ago, I became friend with a guy I worked with. Soon enough, I fell in love with him. It eventually came out and he told me he didn't feel the same way. It seriously broke my heart. We stayed friends but twice, he tried to sleep with me and we were pretty much glued to each other. After that, he ignored me for a while. He has a girlfriend now & we started talking again. But 2 months ago, he invited me to a party and once I got there, he didn't say a single word to me. ..
..
We're not talking at all anymore. It's even worse cause my best friend is going out with his bestfriend because of him and I. I miss him as a friend. What I should I do?..

I think you should try to talk to him about everything. It seems you will inevitably end up in social circumstances together, since your friends are friends. If you could clear the air with him it would make your life easier. But if that's not possible, or if he's a jerk when you speak with him, i suggest you just forget about him altogether...

Give this guy a chance will you? I am going to say something because it is easy to say when you are not in the situation. You are ruining your chances with this guy (I do the same with a girl I like but that is another story). You have a good chance to win him back if you would just stop pursuing him. Dont call him, dont follow him, dont inquire after him. We men like to be conquerors. Let him come after you. Think what you really want to be all heart and not manipulative OR do you want him? If you chase him, he'll run. Wait and follow my advise; he'll dump his girlfriend and come after you (if you just stop being a doormat and pretend you have self-esteem and dignity; even if you dont). But I know, the moment he snaps his fingers you'll bolt running to him, falling all over yourself. Don't say I did not warn you...
